Service Description

1 hour sessions. We spend the first session getting to know all about you, your nutrition goals, weight goals, health concerns, food preferences, food allergies or intolerances, etc. Follow up sessions will be focused on managing any barriers that crop up, making sure progress is on track to meet personal goals, etc.
